Please join us for a lunchtime discussion with Sarah Nicolazzo, new Assistant Professor in Literature.
Sarah Nicolazzo received her Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Pennsylvania. She specializes in the literature of the eighteenth-century British Empire. Her current book project examines vagrancy as a legal and literary category at the intersection of capitalism, empire, and police power across the eighteenth-century Atlantic world.
The conversation with Sarah Nicolazzo will be hosted and moderated by Shelley Streeby of the Ethnic Studies department.
This event is part of an ongoing series of Monday lunches made possible by a gift from Gay Lester. Lunch will be provided. Please RSVP.
